2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use OnionView. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential.
4. Survey Participation
You agree to provide honest and thoughtful responses to surveys. Fraudulent, automated, or dishonest responses may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earned points.
5. Points and Rewards
Points are earned for completed surveys and are non-transferable. Rewards are subject to availability and OnionView reserves the right to modify the rewards catalog at any time.
6. Redemption
Redemptions are processed within 1–3 business days. Minimum redemption thresholds apply and vary by reward type.
7. Account Termination
OnionView reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
OnionView is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the OnionView platform, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of OnionView and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
